“DONUT BE A BULLY” OFFICIAL RULES
- Eligibility and Limitations:

- No purchase necessary for participation. Odds of winning are six (6) in the number of qualified entries.
- Participants must be 13 or older at the time the contest begins on 08/28/24 at 12:00am.
- Contest is open to PA residents only who hold a valid article of state identification.
- Only one winner or qualifier per family or household throughout the duration of this contest.
- Employees of Seven Mountains Media, “Donut Be A Bully” participating sponsors, its advertising agencies, their affiliates, representatives, and members of the immediate family of any such persons are ineligible to enter/win a contest. The term “immediate family” includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as “in-laws,” or by current or past marriage(s), remarriage(s), adoption, cohabitation or other family extension, and any other persons residing at the same household whether or not related.
- The decision of Seven Mountains Media regarding participants and winners is absolutely final.
- Dates & Duration:
Contest will begin on 8/28/24 at 12:00am and continue through 10/18/24 no later than 11:59pm. There will be six (6) qualifier winners, one (1) per week and a total of (1) Grand Prize Winner through the duration of the contest.
- Location:
Donut Be A Bully is to be conducted ONLY on WFGI-FM, WRKW-FM, WKYE-FM, WJHT-FM and can be entered by registering at Froggy95Johnstown.com, Rocky99.com, 96Key.com or MyPopRadio.com ONLY.
- Indemnification:
All participants will be considered contestants of the Donut Be A Bully and will absolve Seven Mountains Media, its agencies, affiliates, sponsors or representatives of any liability, financial or otherwise arising from participation in Donut Be A Bully promotional contest.
- Value/Prize(s):
Six (6) individually awarded prize(s), each consisting of a to be determined number of donuts, with a declared value not to exceed five dollars ($5.00); a to be determined number of cartons of milk, with a declared value not to exceed twenty five dollars ($25.00); and a to be determined number of “Donut Be A Bully” stress balls valued at one dollar and twenty five cents ($1.25) each, with a total declared value not to exceed twenty five dollars ($25.00) (“Prizes”); and
One (1) individually awarded Grand Prize(s) consisting of five hundred dollars ($500.00) cash (“Grand Prize(s)”).
The prize(s) that may be awarded to the eligible winner(s) are not transferable, exchangeable for any other prize or cash and are legally not available for resale. All prizes must be claimed within 30 days of winning or before the prize expires at Seven Mountains Media located at 109 Plaza Drive, Johnstown, PA 15905. Winners must sign a release and may be required to present a valid government-issued photo ID prior to receiving their prize. Seven Mountains Media is not responsible for the failure or tardiness of prizes delivered via US Postal Service. If a winner cannot be contacted or is disqualified for any reason, Seven Mountains Media reserves the right to determine an alternate winner or not to award that winner’s prize.
- Publicity:
By participating, all participants and winner(s) grant Seven Mountains Media exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices, videotape, and likenesses in connection with promotion of this and other contests and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use. By participating in any Seven Mountains Media contest, participants agree that Seven Mountains Media may disclose personal information obtained from participants in the Contest to third parties and use such information for marketing and other purposes.
- Conduct, Decisions and How to Play:
- Participant(s) will be directed to the Participating Radio Station(s) website from 08/28/24 at 12:00am through 10/10/24 no later than 11:59pm to nominate any school classroom and Teacher from Kindergarten through Grade Eight (8), in Cambria, Somerset, Indiana and Bedford counties.
- From all qualified submission(s) received, the Participating Radio Station(s) will randomly draw six (6) classrooms as Prize(s) winner(s); one (1) classroom on each of the following Friday’s: 9/6/24-10/11/24
- From all qualified submission(s) received, the Participating Radio Station(s) will then randomly draw one (1) classroom and its nominated teacher as the Grand Prize(s) Winner on 10/18/24
- Event contingent on and subject to any and all Sponsor Location/Venue COVID 19 rules and regulations in place at the time of the Event.
- Must be 13 years of age or older to enter.
- The Grand Prize(s) Teacher of the winning classroom must possess a valid State issued Driver’s License or State issued Identification Card to pick up the Grand Prize(s) and Prize(s).
- Winning Participant(s) and Teacher will be announced on the air and/or on the Participating Radio Station(s) website and/or will be notified by the preferred phone number or email provided by the Participant(s) in the event of a registration.
- The Grand Prize(s) winning Teacher must within 60 days of the conclusion of the Contest, supply to the Participating Radio Station(s) receipts in the amount of the Grand Prize(s) to show that the Grand Prize(s) was used only for school supplies for the winning classroom.
- Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage in participating in the Contest, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified.
- Unsportsmanlike, disruptive, annoying, harassing or threatening behavior is prohibited.
- Seven Mountains Media will interpret these rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the rules or the Contest.
- Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately circumvent, disrupt, damage or undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Seven Mountains Media reserves the right to seek civil and/or criminal prosecution and/or damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- All decisions made by Seven Mountains Media are final.
- Changes or Modifications:
Changes or modifications to contest rules may be enacted at any time and will be displayed at Froggy95Johnstown.com, Rocky99.com, 96Key.com and MyPopRadio.com prior to becoming effective.
